| Glens Falls is a lovely small city that has twice been named "Hometown, USA". There is a convention center that has an ice hockey team and is struggling to support a basketball team. A charming baseball field features a summer college team. The City of Glens Falls website is a good place to start looking for information. |

| The Hyde Collection is housed in a beautiful Italian villa high on the banks of the Hudson and features paintings by Picasso, Rembrandt, da Vinci, Whistler, Eakins, Homer, and more. The Chapman Historical Museum (right) traces southeastern Adirondack history from the mid 1700's to the present. |

| Good food and great beer can be found at the Davidson Brothers Brewpub at the center of town. Next door is Aimie's Dinner and a Movie - can't hate that! After the movie, there is a billiard parlor across the street and Wallabee's Jazz Bar next door. Nearby is 132 Glen Bistro featuring luunches Monday through Friday and dinners Wednesday through Saturday. Prices are good and the foosd is great. |
